Three hundred kilometers northeast from Lake Titicaca lies the Copacabana Estate microlot. This organic certified coffee farm is helping, along with others, to bring a better name to Bolivian coffee, long degraded for use exclusively in blends.
We at the V. Coffee office love this coffee. It's not exotic like a Yemeni coffee, but rather it's a wonderfully balanced and enjoyable coffee that's juicy, full bodied and sweet. Even though there are some more interesting coffees out there, when it comes to breakfast time I find myself reaching back to this coffee in the morning more often than not.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of ripe, squashed fruit. A tangy and soft acidity with a full and incredibly juicy mouthfeel. Subtle flavors including dark chocolate with a smooth aftertaste.
