We make our blends for a specific purpose: espresso, drip filter, etc. That doesn't mean that a certain blend can only be used in that way but it means that that blend was specifically designed for that method. So, for example, our V. Espresso blend tastes best as an espresso but it would still be good in a drip filter or French Press (if you like darker roasted coffee).

Please note that coffees that are Roast On Demand are only roasted after you order meaning you receive the freshest coffee possible! However, for such coffees we require either a minimum order of 2 x 250g (if the coffee is available only as Roast On Demand) or a RMB 5 surcharge (if the coffee is also available In Stock). Roast On Demand coffees will take 1 day longer to process your oder while In Stock coffees are dispatched immediately.
