A unique and wonderful way to make coffee. Invented in Berlin in the 1830s, this method of making coffee became very popular in the following century but fell out of favor mid 20th century. It's still very popular in China and Japan and is celebrating a major comeback in the West.
This method of making coffee is often called the best way to enjoy single origin coffee due to it's short infusion time, leading to a clear and bright flavor profile. It's not the most convenient to use but is definitely the most fun and does make a fantastic cup of coffee!
