How to use

1. Preheat the cone and glass and wet the filter
2. Put in the ground beans (about 10g per cup, adjust to your taste)
2b. (optional) form a little mold in the coffee beans with your fingers
3. Pre-infuse the coffee 20 - 30 seconds. The correct amount of water is the amount where no water drips out through the bottom
4. Do slow and controlled pours into the middle (do not pour on the outside, even though that may seem counter-intuitive - the reason is that otherwise the filter paper might stick too close to the walls and create over-extraction)
5. Enjoy your coffee!
