Returns and Cancellations

Delivery Notice
We use SF Express for most deliveries in Shanghai and the rest of China. We've had very good experiences with this company in speed of delivery, customer service and all else. However, in case there should ever be an issue you're not happy with please feel free to get in touch with us and we will do all we can.

Returns
If you are not satisfied for any reason whatsoever with our coffee please do let us know. We will gladly exchange any coffee you're not happy with for another one. All other products can be returned it in unopened condition within 30 days for a full refund. Thank you.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order please give us a call. Please understand that orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled, however, they can always be returned under our return policy stated above.
